#1) In the Lord Of The Flies, the leader of all of the kids is Ralph at the beginning. Later in the story the much stronger leader named Jack takes over. In The Power Of One, the leader, or leaders, are all of the white people.
#2) Jack took control of the kids on the island by overpowering the old leader. He also made the other kids scared and not want to try and confront him, because they knew they would get in trouble. The Power Of One was very similar, the mean white people made all of the black people scared, and if one even thought about doing something against the whites, they were punished, or maybe even killed.
#3) Both of the stories had an identicle way to keep a hold of there power, and that is to get followers. It was all of the kids in Lord Of The Flies, and it was a lot of white people in The Power Of One.
#4) Jacks power was destroyed by civilization finally finding them and taking them back to their normal lives. And in The Power Of One, I'm not sure but I think it was a lot of thing including MLK.
